Corporate Introduction

As a specialist office supplies company Paperflow is able to offer products and services that can be tailored to meet the needs of its customers.

Over the years Paperflow has strived to provide levels of service that are uncommon within our industry. We feel that our competitors look to us to set their standards of service but are usually unable to match them. This is due to a number of factors such as the culture within Paperflow which is very much a "can do" culture. All of our staff are of the highest calibre and undergo an intense induction as well as varied ongoing training sessions.

We continually look for ways of improving the methods in which we provide our products and services to customers whilst at all times working with the relevant internal contacts. We will log all client requests and set a standard time and format for completing any tasks or projects that customers ask us to complete.

Due to Paperflow's policies for continued improvement, it is usual that the service provided to our customers is very well balanced against the cost to the customer.

Our staff are our biggest asset and we are continually looking at ways of improving the conditions, packages, incentives and training programmes which help Paperflow to maintain and build on its team of high calibre and committed individuals.

All staff at Paperflow are involved in the evolution of the organisation. We currently hold monthly meetings off site where all staff attend and are encouraged to make an impact on the discussions that are taking place. Members of staff are openly encouraged to make suggestions that can make improvements to current operating procedures etc. There are awards available to staff who come up with good suggestions and or assist with obtaining high quality individuals.

Paperflow is also working towards Investors in People and other directives which are aimed at improving training, communications between departments and continually improving the processes being used to perform the various tasks performed by our organisation on behalf of our customers.
